Special Permissions
The Special Permissions tab is used to assign special Ad-Vantage permissions at the group level. This can also be managed by the Companies tab.
There is some information that you should know to help maintain your Ad-Vantage Ad Management System.
Custom Menu Entries
The Custom Menu Entries tab is used to define overrides for standard Ad-Vantage menu entries. This can be used for custom modifications.
Menu Entries
The Menu Entries tab is used to define overrides for standard Ad-Vantage menu entries. This is used for custom modifications.
Users
The Users tab is used to manage Ad-Vantage user logins.
Companies
The Companies tab is used to add and delete Ad-Vantage companies, manage groups within those companies, assign users and menu access within those groups and define special permissions access within those groups.
System Database
The System Database tab is used to configure SQL Server access to the Ad-Vantage System Database.
- Server Credentials – Enter the SQL Server where your Ad-Vantage databases reside and select the authentication that will be used.
- Select a Database – Select the database that the client will be connected to and test the connection.
Audit
The Audit section is used to view system audit information, such as users accessing different menu entries or running functions within Ad-Vantage.
Service
The Service section is used to manage the Ad-Vantage Licensor Service, view associated logs, and to manage the Press Partner Portal Sync service, if enabled.
Licensing
The Licensing section is used to enter the Ad-Vantage site ID and License Key and to validate that information with the Ad-Vantage servers.
System Setup
The System Setup section is used to manage Ad-Vantage system-related information such as company setup, users, menu entries and special permissions.
