The Ad-Vantage™ Tracking Add-On simplifies the tracking of signed Insertion Orders, Position Requests and the receiving of proof of advertising with ease.

Ad-Vantage can automatically send your electronic proof of advertising that you have received along with the Invoice for orders or straight to our Ad-Vantage Portal where they can log in and pick their paperwork up anytime.

Send out your Insertion orders with a signature line for the vendors to sign and send back to you to confirm the order. With the Tracking Add-On you can also send Signed Insertion Order reminders as often as you like to the vendors who have not sent their signed IO’s back.

Position Requests can be sent out of Ad-Vantage for the vendors to report within 24 hours after going to press to confirm the advertising ran and where in the publication it is. You also have the ability to send Position Request reminders for those who have not sent their Position Requests back.

Ad-Vantage Tracking Add-On has 4 different reminders to encourage the vendors to complete the order by sending the proof of advertising to you until the 4th reminder automatically marks the line item DNR.
