View – Sales Rep
Sales Rep – view a list of the Sales Reps and the information for each that has been set up in Ad-Vantage.
You can select additional fields by right-clicking in the column header in the lower panel and selecting Column Chooser.

View – Rates
Rates – view a list of the rates and the ad types to which they are tied. The additional information includes whether it is a public or private rate, the costing method, and ad/color flag.
View – Order Types
Order Types – view a list of the Order types and the Base Order types that they are related to that have been set up in Ad-Vantage.

View – GL Codes Client
GL Codes Client – view a list of the GL codes for the Clients that have been set up in Ad-Vantage.

View – Agency GL Codes
GL Codes Agency – view a list of the Agency GL Codes that have been set up in Ad-Vantage.

Employee – view a list of the employees that have been set up in Ad-Vantage and the information entered for each.

DNR Reasons – view a list of the DNR Reasons that have been set up in
Ad-Vantage.

Category – view a list of the categories that have been set up in Ad-Vantage.

Ad Size – view detailed information about the pre-set ad sizes. These are often used for modular papers who sell specific ad sizes but can also be used for popular ad sizes.
View – Vendor Payment Detail
Vendor Payment Detail – view detailed information about Vendor payments.
