Position Requests can be sent our of Ad-Vantage for the newspapers to report within 24 hours after going to press to confirm the advertising ran and where in the newspaper it is. You also have the ability to send Position Request reminders for those who have not sent their Position Requests back.
Ad-Vantage Tracking Add-On has 4 different reminders to encourage the Newspapers to complete the order by sending you the tearsheets to you until the 4th reminder automatically marks the line item DNR.
Ad-Vantage can automatically send your electronic Tearsheets that you have received along with the Invoice for orders or straight to our Ad-Vantage Portal where they can log in and pick their tearsheets up.
